Too Much Cardio?


Cardio is great for burning fat and running is one of the best ways to do this. However to much can actually be detrimental to your fitness goals through increased coritsol levels (hormonal response to stress) as well as breaking down muscles for energy. More lean muscle mass means a leaner, toned body. So don't let your body eat your muscle!
