Sledding


I can honestly say that after a workout based around variations on sled pulls I a) walk with a rather large wobble and b) really progressed to a new level in my love/hate relationship with sleds!

Sled push, pulls, drags, and every other variation there is, make an excellent addition to your work out as a for of interval training. It keep you in an anaerobic zone and burns fat like nothing else. Yes it hurts, yes you want to stop (and in my case yell back at my trainer) but it gives you amazing legs to boot! 

Today's session hurt. And I loved it. I went into the session feeling tired, under the weather and not in the mood for a very heavy workout. But digging deep i managed to not just push through but push myself up to a new level. 

The challenge was worth it :)
