Patience = Results

"Getting in shape takes TIME. It will NOT happen over night. Just as it took you TIME to put on the weight, it is going to take TIME to take it off. You cannot speed-up or rush the process by starving or over-exercising.. it will result in relapse to your initial (or HEAVIER) weight once you start eating normally again and stop excessively working out. It took me many months to see my body change. Be patient and positive and DO NOT GIVE UP."
