Influence of Friends
As social creatures we tend to adopt the habit of those around us and that includes how we eat. It's really important to be aware of this and make smart food choices for you and not based off your friends'. Everybody is different and has different requirements so what might work for your friend might not work for you.
Be the healthy influence on them and take pride in that!
Don't let their poorer choices get in the way of your overall goals.
If you find you're normally catching up for coffee and cake or a movie night with lots of junk food then switch it up! Try meeting for a walk or hike in your area so you get exercise with a dose of gossip! Or hit the gym together or take an art class :)
Stay strong and remember - failing to plan is planning to fail!
