Should I Eat Before My Morning Workout?

Confused whether you should be eating breakfast in the morning before or after your work out?

You're body needs fuel when it awakens so that it doesn't eat away at that hard earned muscle! Fuel body with the correct food to help maintain and build lean muscle and therefore help burn unwanted fat! Ensure your breakfast includes protein, good fats and some carbohydrates.
