2012 Fitness Commitments

A tad late on the uploading but these are my four goals for my fitness this year. The key to making lasting goals is to make them SMART. Specific, Measurable, Achievable and Timely. I also like to think of them as commitments rather then just goals as they are the commitment I make to myself to improve who I am and what I am capable of. 

2012 Commitments

·      10 x unassisted chin-ups by the end of the year (currently at one, those babies are hard!)
·      Deadlift 90kg (currently at 70kg)
·      20% body fat by March (Only 4% to go and I have 6 weeks)
·      18% body fat by Dec to be maintained 


I'm looking forward to achieving each one of these. Consistent training, clean eating and lots of sleep will get me there!
